Well, nuts...

I've gained back 4 of the 16 pounds I lost--way too many Dr Peppers and not enough exercise lately, no doubt. Now that all the remodeling work is done, I guess I'd better go back to exercising. Jeez, I hate exercising--it's so BORRRRING, all that pointless, going-nowhere movement. But I guess it isn't really pointless, and if you want to think of it as going somewhere, you could say you're moving toward a healthier "you".

Still. Hmpf.

Sorry, Sis. I, however, have lost an additional pound, making my loss 15 pounds. But, of course, I started out a lot heavier than you, so I guess I can quit bragging. Well, nuts....

I have lost 10 pounds using the iPhone app "Lose It". It's a fun and easy way to count calories... which has always been the BEST way to lose weight... just too difficult to keep up with. Been at it for about 6 weeks or so.

I've lost 15-18 lbs since December. I use Alli, the OTC weight loss pill. It helps block fat absorption and is FDA approved. Its a lower milligram version of what they give obese people. You really have to watch your fat intake or you get the runs really bad - Like a penalty for being a pig if you eat too much. Keeps me in line, anyway!

I'd heard Alli causes the runs, but I didn't know it had to do with fat intake. That sure would make you behave!
